I’m the Founder of The Boss Lady, I am a certified Business Coach who helps women just like you scale, elevate and make more money doing what they love.
I started this business originally as Boss Lady Events; a social networking community for women just like you, whom are currently running their own small business or wish to begin doing so.
I started Boss Lady Events with the sole intention to empower, educate and inspire women to take the plunge in making their business goals go from a dream to an everyday reality.
I am familiar with that inner feeling when you know you’re meant for something MORE. I want to help those who have that same calling.
I do this through The Boss Lady which is for women in all stages of business from start-up to seasoned business owners as well as tailored educational workshops which are the perfect introduction to those in the infancy stages of business.
After the completion of a Master’s degree in Business Management and 10 years of running over seven small businesses which were followed by effective exit strategies, I understand the importance of a support network and what it takes to build a sustainable venture from the ground up.
In the year 2013, my now husband Steve and I decided to rebrand and restructure his local business that had been serving the Hassall Grove community for over 20 years. Through dedication and innovation, I transformed it into a beloved local establishment, renowned for its friendly service and unique sesame crust. This experience laid the foundation for my passion in business coaching, leading me to establish The Boss Lady—a comprehensive platform offering online courses, coaching, and networking events designed to empower entrepreneurs at all stages. Although I have since closed Sesame Pizza, the invaluable lessons and successes from that venture continue to inspire and inform my mission to guide others toward achieving their business aspirations.
Of course my experience being my own boss hasn’t always been smooth sailing. Running a business comes with its highs and its lows and I wouldn’t be where I am today without trial and error.
It is with this trial and error however that I’ve gained the knowledge I have today and am now able to share it with other small business owners to assist with them with their entrepreneurial journey.
